just as frog and i got a win with her new job, my job situation has become shaky. long story short, i have been enduring an extremely toxic work environment and things have finally come to a head it seems. i am waiting to hear back from my new supervisor (who has been great so far, thankfully) about what actions are going to be taken going forward. i am uncertain when i will return to work, as i plan to set a boundary about not coming back in until my manager has been either replaced or retrained. we have scraped by on one 10/hr paycheck before, but that has required consistent help from our community and donations from circulating these requests. i may not even miss out on much, but i really cannot keep putting my health on the backburner. i had to have a course of antibiotics and still need a tooth pulled. i have been holding off on radiation treatment for my residual brain tumor. also, we were never able to save up for our cat's surgery, and by some miracle he's been doing just fine. i am constantly wracked with guilt for being unable to improve his quality of life, but he is my first cat and i would feel even worse if anything short of what's managed to pan out happened to him. throughout all of this, our house has become filthy because we are both disabled and still working despite that fact. please, if you are able to, consider donating or at least sharing this around anywhere you can. our finances have not been stable enough to even budget so it's hard to give a goal amount or anything like that. all i really know is i need $250 for my tooth that should've already been pulled days ago. other than that, frog has been ubering to work and taking the bus back home, and i have relied heavily on my community for rides to my job, so any spare change for ubers is always a big help.

welp, here's an update. we are so tired. i cannot keep this up much longer, and if nothing improves significantly in my job, quitting is officially on the table. worst case, back to abusive family.
