Uh, there are no agreements with authorities regarding news VS entertainment either. That's not a thing in the US.

I'm selling & signing "Inland Empire & San Gabriel Movie Theatres" today at the Route 66 Mother Road Museum's grand reopening event in Barstow.
Classic car show, food vendors, live music, historical & community organizations, etc. 10am-2pm at the historic Harvey House complex, Casa Del Desierto.

The ability to do that has been there for over a year. Most people just choose not to use it, unlike Elon.
