We are showing up and shouting out against the administration's policies. #Salisbury, #maryland #delmarva #resist. #indivisible .
We are a blue dot in a deep red area that is becoming bluer everyday thanks to the courage and determination of activists and candidates who speak for all people.

Pat Vincenti campaign ad decrying public transit proposal for Harford County, MD
Pat Vincenti campaign ad decrying public transit fir Harford County, MD.
This is his second ad describing the horrors of public transit. The first ad described how increased public/mass transit brings the additional horror of high density housing. My next county executive.

Campaign ad for Pat Vincenti criticizing efforts to improve public transit in Harford County, MD.
I live in MD. These are photos of the latest campaign flyer for a GOP candidate for County Executive. He has blanketed the county with signs and billboards since last year. The incumbent GOP County Executive is also running, but his ads have had less reach.

Just a gentle reminder: you don’t have to read fast, finish the longest book or have the prettiest shelf, if reading bring you peace, you’re doing it right.

Frances Perkins
On this day in 1880, Frances Perkins was born. As FDR’s Secretary of Labor, she played a vital role in the enactment of Social Security & the minimum wage. Through it all, she kept a file labeled “Notes on the Male Mind,” with strategies for dealing with sexism. #WeTheMen

One of the GOP candidates for our county executive post decried the current occupants advocacy of a $65 mil transit center saying it would bring “high density” housing and that our county would be like “White Marsh” in Baltimore County. Yeah, $4/gal+ will teach these folks a few things🙄

Stone wall ruin with window opening. Fair Hill NRMA.
This morning I went hiking with a group of ladies (Trail Dames of MD.) We hiked at the Fair Hill Natural Resource Mgmt. Area in Northern MD. So many great trails, several house and mill ruins. It got warm, but it was a good day to be out and about.

Just received a campaign from a guy, who will probably win the primary, decrying the incumbent budgeting $65 million for a mass transit center in our suburban county. God forbid, it might lead to “high density” housing. I hat this place.
