Did you stay the whole game?

Before the internet. Before social media. There was STARLOG MAGAZINE.
That’s how us nerds learned about upcoming STAR TREK projects. And yes, the letters section had the same level as today’s vitrol.
That Kirk on Issue #3 looks a bit like Chris Pine!
I’m old enough to have a lot of the Star Trek Communicator mags and I love them but would absolutely have done very bad things to get my hands on Starlog if I had been around at the time. They look amazing
👀 😳
Frog and Toad look out over Toad's garden. Nothing yet is growing in the dirt. From "The Garden" In *Frog and Toad Together*
“Leave them alone for a few days. Let the sun shine on them, let the rain fall on them. Then your seeds will start to grow.”
Senate Dems say a 27-year-old died in ICE custody on Sun. Just one day prior, a 47-year-old Mexican national also died. Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has blasted “serious deficiencies in ICE detention centers,” calling them “incompatible w/human rights standards and the protection of life.”
😂
Embarrassing 😬
But take nothing away from the Switchbacks, well played

My brother took this one just west of Ottawa, KS

Remember when Trump threatened to wipe out a whole civilization? And then backed out of that and talked about forming a deal with Iran? And then dropped that and went to a UFC fight as negotiations fell apart? And then unveiled a triumphal arch and a photo of himself as Jesus?
That was this week.
"Wait, 'Hey Ya' is a sad song?"
Dope
Agreed. Would love a longer version. Hearing it on TrekRanks got me back listening to it again the last couple days 😊
That little hook at the beginning… gives what feels like Undiscovered Country End Credits vibe… very nice. Then so melodic afterward
Yes!!! The music is so good. San Francisco (alt version) with the awesomely subtle jazzy piano and Old Friends are two of my favs 🎶 😍
A true celebration of a wonderfully fresh tv show that was right on time for many of us. Thank you @eatatquarks.bsky.social and @michaelangie.bsky.social
This this 1,000 times this!
Haha well played 😜. I generally agree but I have to say, with Trek novels, we have some great writers who fully understand the Trek universe. The tie-in novels are excellent (of course I would prefer the show itself…) 😊
What are the odds we get #StarfleetAcademy Years 3 and 4 novels? Pretty low I suppose 😔
But that would be great
I wish I could lose contact with the earth for 40 min.
Love how close the HFS category is clustered with TOS, TNG and DS9 (I think I’m reading this glorious chart correctly 🤔) very consistent of you.
Also, when we think of DS9 we think of character development and depth and your data backs that up

It will be interesting to look at this when you are done with the full rewatch and compare Berman era to Kurtzman era and the various recent shows to each other as well
What a list! 👀 🤩
Everybody get up, it's time to slam now‼️
Star Trek: Infection VR is now available on Meta Quest 3 and SteamVR 🖖
Rare enough to be worth mentioning: it's a Trek horror story.
"An unknown entity has infested the ship. Now it’s inside your body, physically mutating you, unlocking dangerous new abilities at the cost of your sanity."
That’s a solid April Fool’s joke. Respect to that teacher
Both good but I’m a big Distant Origin fan
Double dumb-ass on him, am I right? 😒
