YouTube has removed The Ship of Theseus for containing "violent graphic content," with the offending images including a screenshot from the music video for "California" by Wax and a drawing is Charon, the ferryman of the River Styx.

find the part of you that needs it to exist; bring it into alignment with what you need to express. shift it from being "something to be read by others" and toward "something to be written for you"

It used to be a lot more common, look at something like Starcraft 1 which was absolutely huge not just for people into the RTS itself but with the custom map modes. Not games I can generally play in recent years, so I'm going to be lacking on more modern examples though.

The reason this matters is that "Imagine Dragons released a live-service game" makes it seem like a cashgrab, but that does not appear to be the story here. These guys are lifelong gamers. The lead singer programs and releases his own iOS games as a hobby, without telling anyone!

also it's very frustrating that the nature of diagnosis being a means-testing protocol results in just reinventing shitty hierarchy but with therapy speak because of how people insist on using it.

This is the thing. I've seen this cycle play out multiple times over the last 12 years. They may not even realize they're doing it, but there is a reason they will find it gets them praise, money and being pushed because it's the same narrative the harmful industries want to continue.

Okay, this isn't a live-service game.

It's a small, $15 regular 5v5 multiplayer game. The only DLC is a $5 'supporter pack' that gives every character one more skin and the soundtrack.

It's exactly what people have been demanding because they HATE live-service games. And then gets punished as one!
