A little update from my site: I talked with them and sometimes I overthink things so much that the easiest solution of just talking is too far away. I was afraid of hurting them and so on. But yeah. I said it clearly now and they apologized. Overthinking sometimes can make things more complicated🦊

Thank you for the answer. That makes sense. The problem with that is that these people have a lot anxiety. When told that this is inappropriate they will go in a corner and sit there. I kinda had to swallow it and move on even it is hard for me as I really am sensitive to that.🦊

How would you deal with that situation?. I am endo only because of trauma. So it is my safe space. People in a non fatal VRChat instance were showing me and others skulls. To not hurt them I said nothing. I don't get why people can't be more thoughtful. I try to respect everyone too.🦊

With that I meant that I don't believe that you know that many vegans. Vegans are like 1-2% on this planet. That means taking the number 8 billion as reference. 80- 160 million. It is very unlikely that you know many.

That is the problem. Veganism would allow you to consume animal products if it is necessary for your survival and there is no other option. That means that you will never be malnourished being vegan. It means as far as practicable and possible.

The origin of proteins is always plants. And if you really struggle you could take supplements as replacement.

How do you know that your body can't get the proteins, vitamins efficiently? Did you do a blood check. Did you talk with a nutritionist or dietician about that? Veganism is not a diet. It is a moral standpoint against the exploitation of animals as far as practicable and possible.

I don't think that this was written in good faith. I can show you millions of people who are unhealthy as non vegans. That woul d be an anecdote one of the lowest scientific evidences. We have the science of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39923894/) 🦊
