Introduced in 1970 in a bipartisan act of Congress. Reaffirmed by lawmakers and presidents of both parties. Please don’t post disinformation like this.

That requirement was repealed in 2022.

That is legitimately what USPS is supposed to do. By law. People who say that’s insane have a *really* good point. But I’m reporting on the world as it is and literally how USPS is designed by Congress to function.

Dude, all I can do is give people the facts. If you want to deny reality, I don’t think that’s healthy, but that’s your choice.

I don’t think I did compare it to Amazon. I said how much money Amazon pays USPS every year. But Amazon also does compete for some of the same clients.

I don’t take offense to the questions — it’s really a criticism of USPS’s very muddy mission and its management.
