Writers Problems or just me. I really don't make things easy for myself me who is dyslexic decides to name a character I can't for the life of me remember how I spelt in book 1 so I am constantly checking book 1 and still every time I write his name the letters are the bloody wrong way round 😅🙊🙈

I have managed 1221 words today. It's the highest wc day I have had in 2025. My brain has been protesting this chapter loudly. Im hoping this is a sign I am back in the swing of things 🤞🏻

It really is. Have you tried short stories or novellas? Something shorter than a full length novel might be the way to get the reading flow back.

As a mood reader myself, I can relate to this feeling so bad, especially when it's I'm not sure what I'm in the mood to read.
This is when I do rereads of old favourites, or read fanfics. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn't.
