Finished up Alien Earth season 1.

I really like this show... it had some dumb moments where it almost lost my enthusiasm... but as a whole package... I think it's one of my favorite Alien entries... competing only with Aliens

I kept thinking about how I wanted to play this Anime Grid. If certain TM shows are allowed to play I give narrow results that don't really show my sprawl.

I'm probably seriously dating myself here by choosing Jubei Chan for fight scenes... But Jubei versus Freesia is my favorite non TM fight.

After further testing and troubleshooting Wii's stayed on for more than 10 minutes. Been playing 5 hours of Super Smash Brothers Brawl/Mario 64.

I really did just leave myself all of the hard Mario 64 stars to complete as of 8 years ago... gotta learn to love Tick Tock Clock, the scariest level.

Kufa Vampir: The Assassin from Assassin's Pride.

Nietzche never came up again in Assassin's Pride.

I've finished it, and I was feeling kinda mixed about it... but then it was ending and I started to tear up... and I just sat there for a moment and was like... wait a minute... this guy Kufa is totes Mary Poppins. It's a pretty good show.

I can play for a bit, but the Nintendo Wii I have keeps crashing, so I think the next step is to decide if it's worth it to me to repair it. It's not worth it to me to replace it with a Wii. I think I would mostly regret losing Mario 64 progress if I can't fix it... I have 83 stars found.

I reached into this bag of Wii equipment… I’ve had for 12 years in my closet… took everything out. And felt something that shouldn’t have been in there.

I was pulling all the Wii out of the bag, marveling at how much hardware it is. When I suddenly grabbed something that shouldn’t be there.

Do you ever scream in shock and joy!? I was given a Wii in 2013. And as far as I knew it was a Wii and 2 games. I’ve reached in on several occasions and pulled the Wii out… but it’s been almost 8 years since I pulled it out. These just don’t compel me.

Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya 3rei never getting a bluray, and cutting off the dub for the series is Kadokawa's most memorable english localization blunder. When the current Funiroll license expires I need Sentai to go get it and get the cast back together and then finally dub Drei and the movies.

My favorite thing in Assassin’s Pride so far is the Maid named Nietzche. I couldn’t tell you which Maid she is... just that the show established this as one of the 4 maids names. ‘Will to Power‘ much?

The nation state is shaped like a candelabra, That is soo cool; I’ll bet the show does nothing interesting with this world building component. I’d love to be wrong. It also keeps setting up for an echii shot, and then goes… but I won’t.

I managed to finish the whole F/GO: Murder at the Kumano Hot Springs event. It was a pretty great story in which to see the Witch on the Holy Night core cast again. I can't be bothered to start Lostbelt... but I always show up for the og visual novel casts.

A 'Disturbing the Piece' Seed Part MOC: Spaceship: Cargo Hauling rocket with a rounded dome cockpit, and a Meteorite cargo. The 8 seed parts are: 8x8 Lattice plate, Lego Spider, Goblet... (I only had 1 version of the goblet, so I used 3 colors of that piece.) Small Rock Wall, Crate, Chainsaw, X-Wing Engine, Life on Mars Portal.

I decorated the underside to look good and added a small transparent 2x4 rounded top brick to give it at least a small reserve fuel tank. This offers the clearest view of the Crate in which I've stowed some tools for cracking open the Amber Meteorite.

The Bohrok Roof gives the Bubble Dome a bit of a rounded enclosed design, and also rotates out of the way so the bubble dome can open. The Bubble dome was not a seed part, nor was the bohrok roof, but I got the idea for this MOC while watching the Life on Mars Portal video and immediately cottoned onto the pairing of the bubble dome and the portal. The Bohrok element came in because I sampled the shaping, and since I was swinging for the fences, I thought... why the hell not. I would have liked to incorporate more gunmetal grey elements, but... the shape of things didn't lend me the opportunity.

I used plungers and goblets and dishes on the ends of the X-Wing engines to give the spaceship a real full blown thruster. Space Amber Meteorites are heavy, gotta have some oomph to move the radioactive spiders.

I decided to challenge myself and made a '#DisturbingThePiece seed part #Lego MOC. I built a spaceship since that's my favorite thing to build. It required spiders and rock walls... sooooo... I built a collected chunk of meteorite with radioactive spiders encased in meteorite amber And hauled off.

KyousouGiga was my... welp, that didn't work, and now I will try to find solace in anime once again as I've done before. It was a place to laugh, a place to cry, a place to ponder what had just happened, what had been happening, and a place of wonder.

KyousouGiga was the 1st anime I watched after the dance on the night I disassociated/depersonalized. I had been watching less anime, and had contemplated if I were to meet someone, anime would have to become much less priority. I chose it based on initials and it astonished me, I love KyousouGiga.

I took so long getting to Heaven's Feel, that I was a decade out of college/ 8 years out of my introduction to Fate/Stay Night and it ended up being the story I was reading while deconstructing my childhood, my education, my faith, my politics.

I didn't get to read HF until I was living through it.

It's kind of interesting how I was really stubborn and didn't let people influence me in some ways and really open, and took influences in other ways.

I really liked the idea of a chivalric fairytale perfect ending romance, and when I had failed I wandered off to go be alone and cry in the dark

There's a story in I Kissed Dating Goodbye... A Bridegroom goes to the altar and behind him are all the women he'd dated prior to meeting his bride at the wedding.

I didn't want to be that guy... Once I was 0 for 2... I gave up meeting someone... 'Rin' was after 2, I did not even try.

My Star Wars/Lego stubborn streak mapped onto... I was the same about women, which meant that I fundamentally didn't adjust for disinterest. Once I had a course set and a stone wall came up between me and my course.

I lingered at the stone wall waiting for it to break apart as it had for Star Wars.

I still have the summoning circle 'Rin' made to invite me. This was a different lady than 'Misaki Mei' There was someone else I liked at the time, who had already declined to be friends.

That was the day I knew that my shy personality was not a personality, and that I had a psychological problem I needed to resolve. 'Misaki Mei' disappeared and I spent 3 years disassembling my childhood/education/politics/religion/gender roles trying to assemble a picture of everything wrong in me.

I seriously doubt now that I'm 40 that any anime is going to outrun Fate/Stay Night (2006) 18 complete viewings... Garden of Sinners and Haibane Renmei have the best chances of catching up at like 10 or so. I play too many video games now, and mostly don't host watch parties of my favorites anymore.
