The NYU kids are *using* AI, no question about that, but they are repulsed by it, correctly perceiving it to be like high-fructose corn syrup

NYU students are a pretty good bellwether for future trends because they are privileged and hipster-y enough to be early adopters and normie enough to be in step with the broader world. They are completely unified in hating AI. (The university admin and some of the faculty like it though.)

It's hard not to see how this won't massively discriminate against *all* women but I guess that was the idea all along. The idea that a woman should be turned away from a rape crisis centre because she can't provide Digital ID...

I think this is actually the other way around. Fascism is a *function* of the systems that make up the "neurotypical" normative ableist systems. Or to put it another way, neurotypicality, much like whiteness, as ableist projects both, is/are a field from which Fascisms necessarily emerge.
