You just need to set up neighborhood watch parties. Use home cameras especially on ends of blocks. Share links to those cameras with others.schedule a watch schedule of 1 hr periods. Have neighbors monitor that camera for 1 hour at a time. Then trigger car alarms when needing to alert.
People in Minnesota are now using their key fobs to trigger their car alarms from the safety of their homes when they see ICE walking around.
