I only have a dog, but I am aware that a few cats died in Oregon after eating Northwest Naturals. Raw or lightly cooked, I always feed my dog human grade food that’s been USDA inspected -as fresh and unprocessed as possible. If things change, I will revalutate.

I would check with more than one veterinarian before offering such advice. I suggest you look into Dr Judy Morgan and Dr Karen Becker. Both are much better at citing the evidence than I am.
