Pew Pew! Some older stuff done for practice.

So much of concept work is meat and potatoes props. But that work is fun and fills a space! The palette team on Marathon did a brilliant job bringing my concepts to life 💙

Done. This was not easy, took a few tries. There are a few mistakes but for the purpose of learning I'm happy with how it turned out. Also exported it into ZBrush for testing (2nd image)

Anytime I make a gun in plasticity I end up saying “screw it” and make the grip in maya. Sometimes you can’t beat sub-d modeling! I love plasticity btw so if there is a way I’m also curious.

Examples of typical medium-weight armor. Important for maintaining a baseline of comparison for my crew of weirdo specialists.

Reworked the lights. Done tinkering with masks...I think. Might refine those and the main trim one more time. Still gotta add the cable stuff. The light is at the end of the tunnel. Learned a lot about substrate in UE5.7. this has been extremely fun.
