Hello out there! 👋
Introducing myself. I'm a reporter covering the Pacific Northwest for @propublica.org. I've been reporting in Oregon for more than a decade, exploring the intersections of money, politics, the environment and public health with an accountability lens.

I have $80,000 in scholarship money to give away to women and girls NATIONWIDE. I worked so hard to raise this money. Applications open THIS week. I’m scared the mass migration will impact this
Okay, friends. I know we're still reeling, but if you're in or near CA-45, here are sign ups for in person ballot curing canvassing to help Derek Tran beat Michelle Steele. Winning this seat could help the Ds control the House, which would be HUGE.
If it helps, here's the 2020 timeline of when stuff was called

A cartoon reflecting women in red robes, hanging their heads under white caps, standing in line to enter a voting booth. On the other side of the voting booth women are exiting wearing heels and dresses and pant suits, having cast their handmaid’s tale garb aside, leaving them on the ground outside the voting booth

also if this turns out to be true i want to say that i called it here first
In Army parlance such people are called a “Blue Falcon.” A buddy fucker. With a caw caw after you say it. It is a name one does not live down.

"Nobody used to think men exploiting women was wrong" is up there with "Nobody used to think slavery was wrong" as a really impressive giveaway of who you think counts as "nobody".
I came to my 14 year old with a concern about social media. He literally took his glasses off, rubbed his temples, and asked: “what have the moms on the internet said now?” 😯🫤😆

Gosh wouldn't it be weird if a SCOTUS justice deciding whether Trump engaged in insurrection was married to someone who was directly connected to Trump's activities? What a pickle we'd be in then.
