First person I thought of, too, LOL!

Oh dang, forgot I still had coffee in this mug. *gulp* Mmm, lukewarm.
Speaking of the cooking contest, that part was half-baked. If they caught the prize fish the day of the contest, what were they planning on giving the winner before they caught the rare fish you wouldn't expect in that sea?
Preview images of chapters 98 & 99 of One Piece manga. Chapter 98 is titled "Dark Clouds" with Luffy in stocks, saying his nose itches. Chapter 99 is titled "Luffy Died" with Luffy cheerfully exclaiming from the stocks "Sorry. I'm a goner. Hee!!" as a blade comes down above him.
Well I reached the end of One Piece! Oh wait, still over 1000 chapters to go.
And now I've reached that point in the manga and... Daddy is absent! Had no idea that was anime-exclusive. Explains why he wasn't in the live action version, and neither was the cooking contest. Live action doesn't use anime-exclusive stuff.
Daddy Masterson, a.k.a. Daddy The Father, from One Piece. Looks like some wild west gunslinger with 30 guns strapped all over him. What's the point when the duel calls for one gun?
And now I've gotten to the #OnePiece episode that reveals the guy everybody calls Daddy. #DaddyTheFather
I think the fact that this episode has the actual execution scene with the same line("You want my treasure? YOU CAN HAVE IT!") might've been a reason, as the performance was significantly different than the one in the intro.
#OnePiece ep48 when they arrive at Logue Town: I wasn't expecting the opening theme to change to some dance mix. I'd been wondering when the original song would change, but figured it would be used more than 47 episodes.
Luffy hugging Jinbei as both smile
Still early in the #OnePiece manga and anime, and as soon as I saw Jinbe/Jinbei mentioned in chapter 69 and episode 31, I suddenly wondered how Luffy will befriend that guy. It'll be a while before I get to THAT point.
Usopp’s RUBBER BAND OF DOOOOOOOM!!!!!
The anime version is more drawn-out than the live action version, like everything else, which made it even harder to get through, but I also had the doubly-whammy of knowing what was coming. "Oh no..."
So, after watching the #OnePiece live action series, I started watching the anime & reading the manga. I'm enjoying it, but, there's one HUGE drawback of this: I'm seeing Bellemere's story... three... times. Gotta get through it one more time. Keep it together, Garrett.
Usopp is pulling a sleigh holding Luffy and some reindeer. It’s the title page for chapter 69, titled “Arlong Park”, of the One Piece manga. Nice.
Once again, looks like they need a doctor #OnePiece
We’ve got riot at home
I wasn't sure what I wanted to play tonight, then I saw that Star Fox is only a 1-hour game. www.twitch.tv/ferretwilliams
(I’m sorry)
I resent that accusation. You should see it in your inbox soon.
All this time I never got around to looking up what it means. I figured “of course” based on context, but that “f” just didn’t fit in as an abbreviation. 44 years old, btw.
I went 39 years with January 6 only ever meaning “Oh hey that’s my birthday!”.
“America’s Dad”, quickly disowned.
Anytime someone says Trump isn’t a politician, I respond that he became one as soon as he ran for president. Maybe even before.
Saw a headline about a guy’s $10,000/ month Amazon “side-hustle”. Lost all credibility with that terminology. If I made that much with a side hustle, it would no longer be a side hustle.
Monkey D. Luffy should seriously wear a life preserver at all times. Even just the lightest model.
Just finished chapter 48 & episode 29 of the One Piece manga and anime. Both are on the Baratie storyline at this point, though I think I finished that storyline on the anime. I get the feeling I'll stick with both until I catch up.
Started watching the Artemis II press conference and by the serious tone of the people talking, you’d think there was a disaster(I watched the successful splashdown). It was a long drawn-out “yay we did it”. They’re probably tired from all the stress of today.
Normally I watch old Star Trek episodes on Friday nights, but I’ll gladly pre-empt it with the #artemis splashdown
W-WHEN did you learn that??
I just reached that point in the manga and it’s clearer that he doesn’t want to disrupt the peacefulness of that village that nobody ever messes with. Let them have just a normal day where nothing happens. Do they not visit the beaches or forest where the damage is?
I’m not even to the Alabasta Saga btw
