"How long have you had those flowers?" She ponders the question for a moment. As she often does on long days, she lost track of time. "Not that long. Fifteen minutes maybe. Why?" His eyes widen in concern. If Dorothea has ever seen this look of concern on Hubert's face, it certainly wasn't because of flowers, and it wasn't directed at her. "Are you experiencing any unusual symptoms?"Hubert asks. Symptoms? Are the flowers somehow going to make her sick?
