I finally watched Yellow Jackets 🐝 and I can’t stop thinking about three things:

I’m really struck by Jinx and Isha. The power of that relationship and how it helped heal a wound Jinx thought would be forever infected. Isha helped Jinx/Powder feel like a sister again. Not a mistake. Not an enemy. Not a killer. Just a sister to do sister things with 🥹
I think I won the aunt lottery since my niece arrived at my house this evening and promptly announced that her favorite movie is Totoro and requested an immediate viewing. We showed it to her last week and she is obsessed. Welcome to the ghibli club, kid 🌳
