I love both games. HBS is how the Battletech franchise is meant to be played, especially with the BTA and Rougetech mods. But it also boils down to which school of philosophy one subscribes to in terms of how a mech is depicted.

I love how the LMDh/LMHC regs were supposed to unify the top class in sports cars and allow crossover between IMSA and WEC.

Since inception however, all but one LMDh manufacture (Acura) has gone from IMSA to WEC, and only one HC manufacture (Aston) as come from WEC to IMSA.
