Bonjour. Mon silence est dû à des discussions avec des personnes compétentes sur la bonne marche à suivre. Cela prend du temps. Je ne parlerai que de mon témoignage à moi, et non de ceux des autres (les accusations à Toulouse, celles de Mae, ou celles qu'on nous a confiées). Tout d'abord, mon témoignage est juste un témoignage. Ce n'était pas l'amorçage d'un combat juridique. Mon but n'a d'ailleurs jamais été de finir au tribunal. Il y a également méprise sur l'histoire pour beaucoup de personnes. Antoine Daniel a demandé des nudes à Mae, majeure au moment des faits. Mais il m'a également parlé de mes seins quand j'étais mineure.
Mon Tweet, c'était une manière pour moi de parler de ces messages, et de dire que si Antoine Daniel (ou vraiment toute autre personne) vous a parlé ainsi alors que vous étiez mineures, ce n'était pas normal. J'avais 17 ans. On était en 2013. On ne se connaissait pas. Il a engagé une conversation avec moi car il "aimait bien ma tête", puis rapidement, il a lâché sa "blague". Au-delà de savoir si cette blague était une demande déguisée ou non, le contexte fait que ça ne pouvait pas être juste une banale conversation entre 2 personnes ayant un même rapport d'influence ou même de maturité. Je suis consciente qu'un changement de comportement est possible depuis, ça fait après tout plus de 10 ans. Cependant, ça n'efface pas ses actions passées avec moi et d'autres personnes, et en parler n'est pas une tentative de le "cancel", de "détruire sa carrière" ou que sais-je.
Vous le savez déjà probablement, mais les femmes qui témoignent de VSS ont beaucoup plus à perdre, surtout dans une situation où l'accusé est une personne connue, avec une communauté immense qui peut se montrer particulièrement virulente. Avant que je ferme mes DMs sur Twitter, vous n'avez aucune idée des immondices que j'ai reçues. Personne ne veut ce genre d'attention. Maintenant, vous avez votre preuve. Je sais que ce ne sera jamais assez pour certains. Même si pour moi, ce n'était pas qu'une blague innocente au vu du contexte et de nos âges respectifs à l'époque, je vous laisse croire ce que vous voulez croire. Cependant, je refuse de tomber dans un gouffre sans fin de justifications. Moi, je voulais juste témoigner de ce qui s'est passé, et montrer que si d'autres personnes veulent parler, elles peuvent le faire en se sentant moins seules. Elles auront mon soutien. Maintenant, laissez-moi tranquille. Ga-Yi
