I'm totally going to get in trouble commenting on social media all over the place drunk on a Wednesday.

I legitimately think the only time I can even get close to 100% relaxed is when I get a massage. And I can only afford that maybe a couple times a year. So the rest of the year, I'm just in fight or flight mode.

In terms of things to look forward to, it's really just going out to the breweries on weekends with the family (since I legit haven't had a friend group in...hell, probably 20 years?).

But the stress/anxiety keeping the enjoyment at bay? Oh, that's definitely a thing.

To be fair, Mario Lemieux should have gotten the same treatment, but here we are.

Today, Headspace was telling me to tap into my passion, whatever makes me come alive and feel energized in my life.

So what if nothing makes me come alive and feel energized?

I'm 45 and haven't felt "energized" in a long time. So I guess I don't have a passion deep inside me to unlock.

I'm giving For All Mankind another shot. Watched all of season 1 a while back and then season 2 just started to bore me. Maybe I just missed something the first time.
