Ames’ eyes are tough to draw as an older woman since they droop down as a part of her design. I wanna give them a very tired look for her age, but still keep her kind of gentle and soft traits. The Ami you know is still there, it just takes a bit of work to see it :)

Just also seeing how much dedication and investment really went into their canon relationship as the circumstances were perfect to be each other's anchors, but in a better life, would some be more attached than other?
It's still love, but how much does that dynamic change?! SOOO FASCINATING!

I think my favorite part about this little au experiment thingy is seeing how much the girls' lives change for the better or worse from simply not having met at the same age.
I've mentioned Ami is most definitely more miserable, but Mako's would be way better.
It's just so interesting to explore.

I tend to think the uniform’s material is a bit on the thicker side just cause we see sometimes in the anime that the creases are very prominent and they keep their shape. That said, yeah, if a senshi stretches or bends I can see the shadow of the navel being visible.

Oh yeah, especially if it's stretched it would show the shadow/divet of the navel, but ur right. It's prob a 'fantasy' thing, didn't register with me til now.

This is a stupid nitpick, but I'll say I'm never a big fan of when people draw the senshi uniforms where you can see the belly bottom through the suit.
Idk, makes it seem like the cloth is vacuum sealed to their bodies instead of making it feel like an organic cloth with thickness and weight.
