The goal of these is trying to design something typographically driven but also still kinda easy to draw? This one's for Nakiso's Retry Now which is about a magical girl reincarnating through time and pretty clearly killing her lover in each life. As far as the drawing goes it's the girl jumping at the viewer ready to swing while the text says 'O Fate Kneel Before Me'. I liked this one better as a sketch, trying to set it up from pieces was more difficult than i anticipated ~ _ ~

Part of my 100oc series. No 58, Peckii (as in Hydnellum Peckii), drawn in a circle. Tho the circle is kind of hard to see with all these balancing balls everywhere!!! This design started as a kind of kirby gijinka but then became one of the proof-of-concept designs for the whole mushroom-clown idea at all. Easily one of my favorites, has largely remained unchanged since 2020.
058: another mushroom clown! This one's colloquially called bleeding tooth BUT i much prefer the other local name of *strawberries & cream*. Please don't eat it though dhjkaghs it's gross & Peckii is too cute!!
Part of my 100oc series. No 57, Chun(or sometimes Chen), drawn in a rhombus. She's very bird-coded to me. It's hard to explain since for some of these characters it's sort of sprucing up old design choices that I might not make again, like there was a point in previous drafts where this concept was even more scifi-fantasy & so some of the kids had alien designs which is probably not the case anymore. Chun's alien design was in fact: a bird.
057: Another one from Cordless. Chun is/was more sociable & was Rau's main friend from jump, like I dont think that would change if moving forward with the idea. I keep flip-flopping on whether to name her Chun or Chen bc there was a naming pattern they all had as a group & im on the fence abt it

056: What's this??? A fourth marble racer??? My problem with all of these is that they have designs that are easy to finalize but then the characterizations are still up in the air bc I havent started writing yet at all so-- Kitty Retina! Cats eye marble

055: Seb! Connected to Rau (#3) & Sabiya (#27), they're all from a story I've been thinking about again since it's, uh, *topical*. It was called Cordless & it was about 8 kids being raised by an ai which yknow in current year is like oh... oh no, that can go so horribly wrong, oh god
Part of my 100oc series. No 54, Rhodotus, drawn in a square. Not all of the mushroom clowns are 'clowns' per se, they're all just parts of a circus. Rhodotus was kind of conceived of as a stagehand or box mover so their outfit is a little more plain or goofy.
054: (sorry for delay, the thurs/fri juncture is a mess for me), but i have another mushroom clown! Rhodotus aka wrinkled peach is one of the newer ones honestly and they had a perfect design from jump, just everything i like to draw, muah

053: Joy! This character has had kind of a ridiculous history of being a pokemon oc that was also a doll but during our AATR run I ended up solidifying a lot of things about her current iteration. Probably will have some edits moving forward but it was nice to revisit her for a bit.

052: Salle! Appel's twin and magically proficient and also kind of frail as most rpg siblings tend to be. Both of 'em are picking up slack at their family's magic crystal business but Appel would like to be doing something else (blacksmithing) & tbh so would Salle (living at the library)

051: Appel! One of the newest characters and in a rare show of form, is a character that was developed before the world/narrative were outlined, former informing the latter. Usually I tend to build them up together. They're learning blacksmithing against their parents wishes.

050: Ice Queen! This one is for a side story that keeps on bouncing between front & back burner, but the characters she's connected to have already appeared! Ice prince is her son (obviously)(he's #15 on the list), but both of them are important characters for Piffle (#7)

Little appreciated things I liked about this guy: the gameboy gamut being almost a pun on gameboy color? that wasn't intentional at first, my username was just gamut for long enough by that time, haha. I love color-block style fashion so this redesign was mostly constructed around that.
049: GBG or uh, my gameboy gamut stream mascot! It might be odd to put a vtuber-sona here but I got really attached to this gamecube-era redesign of 'em and also part of this whole venture is even seeing if I have 100 ocs to fill out this list. Someday I may stream again.... *someday*......
