My first takeaway from Mario Kart World is that it needs a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 style story mode for its open world to fully work. The free roam is fun, but the tasks feel aimless without anything tying it together.

Yep, I'm really digging it. I especially like that it's basically just Afterman 3, I was not expecting that and was very pleasantly surprised.

The Metaphor: ReFantazio demo is good so far. It feels like a spiritual successor to Persona in all the right ways. Familiar, but updated gameplay, with an entirely new setting and tone. I wasn't really on the fence about it, but I am more sure about buying it than ever. #blutoid

Obviously not sentient like Eliza sort of is, but good enough and easy enough to produce that it could end up on particularly lazy and cheap news channels.
I started playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution again the other day, and something dawned on me. It takes place in 2027, and while most things are still very much sci-fi, we may get an Eliza Cassan style AI news anchor by then. AI voice and video is already so good, and it'll only get better by 2027.
Pretty cool of Sony to go out on stage and say "Just build a gaming PC." Very brave. #blutoid
