June is Pride Month. Tennessee Republicans say it’s ‘Nuclear Family Month’ Gov. Bill Lee signed a resolution defining family as a man, a woman, and their children, a move critics say targets LGBTQ+ households.

Last weekend, eight million people around the world joined the largest political protest in history to speak with a unified voice: No Thrones, No Crowns, No Kings. GLAAD is proud to be an official partner of the No Kings coalition.

We need an Attorney General who, unlike Bondi, is loyal to the rule of law and fights for everyone's constitutional rights, including LGBTQ families and loved ones.

Now that Pam Bondi has been fittingly fired, her countless memos and orders that spread lies and discrimination against LGBTQ people, including ones used to terrorize families and doctors who want trans Americans to be healthy and safe, should be thrown into the dustbin of history.

Conversion practices do not work and lead to long-term trauma that can devastate families. In the face of this harmful decision, we need to amplify the voices of survivors of this dangerous and disproven practice, and continue to hold anyone who peddles in this junk science liable. (2/2)
