I have a strong opinion about people who grandstand about not grandstanding. 🤷‍♂️

If the plan/intent was staff to not shake hands, discuss with the other team ahead of time… maybe they are okay with that - maybe they are not. The way it was done was crap, even if the intention might be good.

I was very glad to be a part of that “Let’s go Canes!” chant as the team left the ice. This team has played really well the past two and a half games… they just didn’t get the results for each of those games.

I have every confidence that we’ll get back to it next season.

For the record, I would NOT take Tom Wilson on the Canes. He’s on my personal list of some of the very worse players in hockey that I do not want my team to have anything to do with other than win games against his team. I don’t like his “style, approach, etc.”
