I’m hoping this is supposed to be Turalyon learning from his experience after Xe’ra imprisoned Alleria, and actually doing something about it this time

Still thinking about the dev that used the same generic black drake model for three consecutive bosses in BWL, and somehow nobody questioned it
Apparently the Hyjal Protectors that you get as bodyguards in the Molten Front quests turn into Haranir when you mount
I'm not sure what I did to earn this - on the PTR Dundun sent me 4500 Unalloyed Abundance, and it's warbound!
also, the beam in Voidstorm seems to stop after completing march in quel’danas but restarts after completing the campaign
I didn't notice the first time through that the blood elves are literally just teleporting the night elf armies to Silvermoon lol
The time has come.
My Midnight launch content review thread, including both the leveling and max level campaigns.
Buckle up, this will be very long. 🧵
(1 of 71) (I'm not kidding)
Also, did the Lightbloom become the Darkbloom for a short moment? Would have been something to explore had the story not been so rushed.
I know the *characters* don't know when the surge (and thus the Lightbloom) will end. But from an audience perspective, it makes me wonder why we bothered with Harandar knowing the Lightbloom would stop being an issue on its own as soon as the Darkwell started up.
It feels like a flimsy pretext.
I haven't seen anyone say this, but our reason for journeying to Harandar, the Lightbloom, feels incredibly shoehorned.
The Lightbloom is a problem only because the Sunwell surged... a surge which stops at the end of the raid, a matter of weeks after we enter Harandar to stop the Lighbloom.
The Rift of Aln exists in both the Dream and Harandar, but is it possible Harandar exists in both reality and the Dream? Or it's a place where they bleed into each other?
I fear you are asking more questions than Blizzard has
Bigger conspiracy theory: if we assume the worldsoul will be "born" in TLT, that could look like Tiamut's emergence in Eternals (sorry MCU fans) resulting in widespread death and destruction.
It would be a surprisingly bold move for Blizzard, but I won't completely put it past them.
Small conspiracy theory: Blizzard has been rushing to resolve story lines and give characters their happy endings *now* ...because they won't be around after TLT.
(This is not an excuse for the elf narrative in 12.0.)
Speculate all you want about fictional characters, but please spend 10 seconds with Google before spreading misinformation about real people. Good lord.
For context, neither Kotick nor Gallywix were ever mentioned as a part of the incident.
FWIW this is technically post-raid encounter, while still in the instance.
I hate daylight savings. WDYM weekly reset doesn't happen at the same time as weekly maintenance?
This is what Illidan should have done with A’dal’s leftovers
Dundun is voiced by the same VA as N'Zoth.
Once you hear it, you can't unhear it.
Ducks were a world-ending threat and had to be imprisoned and sealed away on the Dragon Isles along with the Incarnates. Thats why they exist there and nowhere else.
Abandoning her penance would suggest she doesn’t take it and Tyrande seriously, which undermines any self-reflection she had in the SL epilogue.
I want to like Harandar... but the reused rigs and models like this one are very fatiguing.
I always try to find something I like in WoW zones.
Harandar is making that quite a challenge for me.
Wow, I don't think I've seen the red quest marker used since Cataclysm! What a throwback
This is pretty cool - if you use the man'ari customizations on any class, you get a special dialogue option along with warlocks (of any race). I can't recall any time that sub-race specific customizations like man'ari, dark ranger, or wildhammer were acknowledged in game.

Oh
Sometimes I miss the random, quirky little things like "we're going to send you halfway across the continent on a rocket, for reasons"
Where the elves getting that dairy from though? I don't see any Quel'Thalas cows
