I don't advocate violence, but this is awesome. LOL!

Zelenski has sincerely thanked the American people many times. What an oval embarrassment.

I asked a legit question, why you gotta be a bitch??

I dont see how boycotting a game has an impact on politics. if you treat everyone that asks a question that way, it's no wonder you feel like you are alone.

and why boycott the Superbowl? it is an annual sporting event?

We could have started by saying 'please.' We gained nothing from being a bully and making threats. It's no way to treat a friend.

According to Google: People using Google Maps in the US will see “Gulf of America.” People in Mexico will see “Gulf of Mexico.”

The rest of the world will see “Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America).”

What is his message to the world??

It's like when a man with small hands buys a big expensive car!

So many businesses and events use FB that it seems to be a necessary tool. In some cases it's the only way to get hours and contact info. I had to have it for work.

It is the only social account I have ever had, until now. But hubby turned off the TV on 11/7 and this is my only link to the outside.

I am really frustrated with FB right now. I'm getting crap from every direction. I cannot even locate messages posted directly to my page. Something has definatly changed.

the more I look at this the more I like it.

It's either the eye of a dragon 🫣 or a safe haven from the storm... 😶‍🌫️ 😁

Good morning and Happy Saturday to everyone who agrees that it's time for EVERYONE to wake up to the hard, cold truth that the richest man on the planet does NOT give a fuck about us, he only cares about himself.

Stop falling for his bullshit.

This is an interesting thought. Canada might respect our Great Lakes more.

corn tortillas rather than flour, cereals made from corn and oats (ie, O's, crispies, flakes), potatoes and rice. Read ingredients.

If it helps, stick with it as it gets better with time

if it doesn't help, research FODMAP to see if there is something else you shouldn't be eating.

Good luck🍀

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, so everything made with flour - bread, pasta, cookies, cake, pancakes, the breading on fried foods, most cereals, etc., etc.

Try not eating foods made with wheat, barley, and rye for at least a week and see how you feel, then eat something high in gluten.

sadly we cannot trust any of the people who have promised to protect us. Not our governments, the criminal justice system, social and/or religious leaders... (some family members...)

It's hard to see the good when the bad is standing in the way. We need a serious cultural shift.

Eliminating gluten has been life changing. It didnt take away all the symptoms, but I have better control. And fewer used tissues all over.

This year I was diagnosed with both fibro and RA. I'm sick of being sick, and sick of people not understanding why I'm still sick.

I suffered with constant sinus problems for 2 decades. Doctors were useless. I finally figured out that it was gluten. It causes severe inflammation throughout my body, starting with my sinuses. Within an hour of eating bread my nose starts to run... and then my joints start to swell.

I'm sorry you had those experiences. There are bad people in every profession. Some people become cops because they want to feel/be superior over others.

Most most of them are good people who want to protect their families and communities. Which is why we need to share the positive stories.
