And just to clarify, I mean like extremely large draw headliners that are selling out 500-1000 person venues on the regular. Not local/medium draw headliners where the event itself fills a 250-300 person room

Dance Music promoters should take a page from the “Band” live performance book. Normalize putting headlining acts LAST. Bands don’t have other acts close the night out. You go for the headliner, you leave after they’re done. Closing DJs suffer because of this old standard
