5/100: Cruel is the Light by Sophie Clark

I was originally drawn in by the JudeCardan-esque cover but stayed for the plot. Enemies to lovers, reverse grumpy x sunshine goodness w/ demons, demonslayers and magic.

4/100: Iron & Embers by Helen Scheuerer

This brought me back to one of my favourite worlds ever, with an all new story following two of my favourite side characters from the previous series and I loved every second of it.

3/100: Shadow & Storms by Helen Scheuerer

I started this last year but got sidetracked with other reads, so decided it was due time to finish it. This is nothing short of a beautifully written conclusion to the series. Without a doubt one of my fave series ever.

2/100: Two Twisted Crowns by Rachel Gillig

Once again, incredible writing and driven by a strong plot. This was a very satisfying conclusion to the duology, and successfully managed to avoid falling flat like a lot of second books in a seties do.

1/100: One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig

What a way to start the year. I loved everything about this book – the writing was just phenomenal and the storyline was beautifully enchanting; I definitely got lost amongst the pages.

If you’re a romantasy girlie and you haven’t added Iron & Embers to your TBR yet, you need to!!! Full of tension, longing and build up, and a strong plot too 😮‍💨😮‍💨⚔️🧪
