Useless clutter that is totally unnecessary. Why does everything have to have annoying ai. I can hardly find good art references anymore bc there so many fake images too.
Im about to throw my phone into the ocean, read books, lay in the grass and hope to never see that crap again. I have a headache.

For what is the purpose to add ai to telegram? Why do searches on most browsers give me an ai assisted response? Why do I have to find a hidden settings list on duck duck go to turn off the ai assist? Why does tiktok have that stupid ai button you CANT GET RID OF.

my ipad i got last year likes to randomly bug out and draw random lines on projects lately its driving me absolutely bonkers. my old ipad didnt do this :L

The ocd fear of sending an email and having to check it 20 times before you send it in case you somehow magically attached the most heinous image on earth that you would never have on your phone anyways.

…Then checking it after you send it just to make sure.

Being an artist trying to maintain a “brand” nearly destroyed my love of art.

I dont care if its consistent anymore, if its polished, santized or what I think my audience prefers to see. I want to experiment and have fun.

I know this isnt some revelation only im having, this is probably common knowledge lol I just had some weird perfectionist baggage in my brain about it for a long time that made art feel like a chore instead of something fun

I used to sometimes do like 3 sketch phases just trying to scratch out every small detail before lineworking. It took so much time I could have just spent actually doing lines. or heck, I can be satisfied with my sketch lines and color it.
I think maybe I needed more confidence in my brush strokes.

I think focusing on bigger chunks rather than small details during the initial sketch phase is making art so much less stressful and i am more satisfied with it

Yeah! I post on patreon sometimes and sometimes i record my traditional linework process on there as well. Ive been wanting to post a few on socials (but not too many so the patrons get more special content ofc)

I see thinner “naked” furries posted here all the time with no filters on it but i post a curvy body its like OH NO OH GOD RAISE THE ALARM

I do hate that a curvy character will be flagged as nsfw automatically. God forbid a character exist with a larger chest

I still love all of these too I just stopped bc I felt like the style didnt align with my “brand” or whatever, it felt like no one would care to see them. But now im like eh fuck it if it lets me create literally anything when im this drained then why not.

I have no clue why but its often really difficult for me to draw with a pencil or a tablet and make it look alright, its always a struggle.

Yet for whatever reason if I draw with my mouse in ms paint I can throw down decent art so fast??
