Sure hoping that when I go back to work with my employer (a 501c aimed at mental health parity regardless of ability to pay), someone will have hope or a game plan from the last 4 years we had the cheeto in office.

Knowing I could be a fully functioning adult, and that my barrier to meds was medical bureaucracy....by month six I fully understood the appeal of street drugs.

So I have #adhd and was late dx'd. Last year I finally started ADHD meds and found out that meds meet most of my support needs and enable using things like planners or meal prep.

I then went without those meds for 9 months.
