It's not going back to the nav drawer, it's eating the back press to close itself because it hasn't really closed even though I called closeDrawer() on it, and the closing animation visibly begins.

The reason it doesn't really close is because I am hiding the fragment that contains it 🙃

I never thought making the back button go back with one tap would be so difficult, but for some reason, the navigation drawer insists that if it didn't get time to finish its closing animation, then the back press is for it.

I may have fixed it, but I'm not exactly sure...

Today I gave one of those buttons functionality.

Now I only have 8 buttons that lack functionality.

I think many people take how they view things, and project it on to everyone. So people who think being gay is a choice often might think of sexuality as a choice because they chose to be straight.
