It seems like AI agents’ failure to use design systems to build anything highlights how useless and oversold the concept of “one solution for all problems” was.

There’s a huge market rn for software developers to unfuck codebases ruined by AI and finishing apps that got to 99% complete before the AI started a loop of fixing and breaking the same line of code over and over.

I’m convinced the “vibe code” business model is:
- Set up your codebase
- Write 90% of your app
- Completely fuck your codebase in an indescribable way
- Charge you to fix it
