Honestly that is the reason i stopped using Boost. Not only the risk of hypervitaminosis but also the cost! For a case it's usually around $65! That's like hella take out i could be chowing down on! Beside i definitely prefer the food stuffed feeling over the feeling you get after drinking too many.
