Finished Clair Obscur, easily one of my favorite games ever made, but now I gotta get my therapist to play it so she can help me process those fucking ENDINGS

I whispered "noctis" under my breath once while in line at Trader Joe's and she called me and left a 115 minute voicemail about how Lunafreya doesn't deserve him

This really means a lot! Probably the piece of music that I'm the most devastated didn't make it into the game it's for.

It's part of gamedev sometimes, and it's nobody's fault, but still sucks, so it's awesome to hear from folks who've discovered it anyway! Really appreciate it 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

OR you know the thing where stuff in your inventory is highlighted "new" until you view it, but then you accidentally select it for a split second while navigating to something else, and now it's marked "read" and you lose track?

This game keeps it marked "new" unless you actually pause to read! 🙏

Man, Clair Obscur has so many little quality of life things I now never want to go without. For example, the way recovery items work like Estus flasks means I use them all the time instead of hoarding them for a boss I never end up spending them on.

I just want a love like they have someday, I want a buddy who will carry me around in a backpack is that so much to ask
