Agreed it’s the most important decision. I’m coming around on Carle. Best case story to me is he is a dedicated Winner and Champion; he knows how to win (but must apply to NHL…); and he can get the most out of these young guys.

Hopefully in two years, Rinzel and Moore will help change that. But agreed, it’s a silver lining now.
