Another photo of my lilac blooms. I planted her three years ago and have waited (impatiently) for the blooms to really show themselves. This is the first year they’ve really come in and it brings me so much joy and hope.

Daydreaming about fields of wildflowers
Spring blossoms
There is so much to love about this photo 😍
Ya’ll, I have a Columbine flower blooming already. Over a month early 🤯

So so ready for summer weather.
Monarch bitterly amongst wild flowers.
“Everything is bad.” x 3
Oh, bleep off. Go outside and smile at another human being. The “Ministry of Negativity” is real and needs to be ignored. The sun still shines and they cannot do a damn thing about it.
The best explanation why millions of Americans worship and support a convicted felon and sexual predator...
What an awesome capture!
On the days I can feel myself getting swept up by the deluge of terrible news, I sometimes have to close everything and just scroll through my memories. I took this photo a few years ago during a work trip to Utah when I took time away from my chaotic schedule to get lost in nature. More of this.
Listening to millennial emo music while going through old photos. Screaming “I’m just a teenage dirtbag baby!” while reliving a backpacking adventure just hits right.
Bovino was forced out of Minnesota because the American people stood firm. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets in below-freezing temps to peacefully defend their neighbors & freedoms.
We’ll keep fighting. No more deaths at the hands of rogue DHS agents.
My heart has been heavy lately. I know I’m not alone in this feeling. I spoke with a friend today about how we can’t lose our sense of wonder and joy during these dark times. We can’t lose our joy, humanity, or hope. Sunsets bring me back to this core truth.

What else would we expect from a lying administration.
Videos of the deadly Minneapolis shooting of Alex Pretti contradict government statements

There’s literally a tweet for everything 🤦♀️
It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.
The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.
Get this lying clown off my screen! I have Survivor to watch.

Photos can’t really do it justice but man o man what a sunrise in Denver this morning. 🌇
I recently decided to revisit an old hobby to help me keep away from doom scrolling about our shit show of a government. It has been very cathartic! And this beauty is giving me little sliver of joy on these cold evenings.

Snowy mountain peak taken from 30,000 feet in an airplane.
As the shutdown continues and our federal employees continue to work without pay, I think back on a time when I traveled more for work and never once worried about my safety. It is such bullshit that MAGA is putting people at risk in every way possible: healthcare, aviation, taking kids to school 🤬
It’s definitely bigger which is weird to get used to but the upsides have made it worth it. The dedicated camera button on the side is fantastic as is the 48 MP option. I may have stuck with the 13 pro longer but the battery life was driving me crazy.
That’s what I switched from and one of the reasons I made the jump finally. I loved my 13 pro. The camera on the 17pro is kind of blowing my mind though. The zoom is incredible.
Sorry, took me a minute to understand autonomy in reference to a phone. 🤦♀️🤣 The battery life has been substantially better on this version compared to my last one even with usage up while I’m getting familiar with it and getting more screen time than usual.

Fall evening with a setting sun across a lake. The ground covered in fallen yellow leaves.
The iPhone 17 pro camera is…. Insane. I’ve just been wandering around my neighborhood looking for excuses to take photos. It’s honestly been cathartic and helping me pay more attention to the world around me. This fall evening required no edits whatsoever 🤩
Yep! North of Summit County.
Snowy mountain peaks reflected in a still mountain lake.
Went on a much needed solo hike with the pups on Saturday to a very popular lake. It pays off to hike during shoulder season. When the fall leaves disappear so do many of the hikers. It had this place all to myself. 🙌
Pink western paintbrush flowers with a summer sunset behind mountain peaks.
Fall is coming to and end and winter is right around the corner so naturally I’m reminiscing about the summer.
