It's the "couple walking together and the dude turns to look at another woman while his partner looks at him in disgust" meme. Only, the other woman in this version is Medusa in a red dress. Obviously, the man has turned to stone as a result of his stare, and his girlfriend has not. I hope she can get her hand out of his and move on with her life.
