I will say outright: it's fine that they don't want that content on their website. Personally I don't believe it goes hand in hand with being for artistic integrity, but it's their website. I just think couching your dislike by misusing an important legal term is scummy.
Calling fictional content "csam" is inherently dehumanizing to the real life children that term applies to. Those children were hurt in reality, pixels can never feel pain. For Bluesky to directly call FICTIONAL content csam, they're willfully watering down a real life important term.
