Last August, I was in Alaska with my colleagues from the Natural Resources Committee — for many, their first trip to a salmon dependent community.

Extending government authority to spy on Americans — in the middle of the night.
💵Reminder – Today is Tax Day 💵
Americans deserve to see their hard-earned tax dollars come back to their communities – not on unnecessary wars and lawless rogue agencies that terrorize our neighbors. 🧵
Trump’s War in Iran is costing taxpayers $1 billion A DAY.
Meanwhile, he says we can’t afford child care, Medicaid, or Medicare.
🧵Today – Pam Bondi was *supposed* to testify before the Oversight Committee about her mishandling of the Epstein files.
Neighbors across my district are feeling the result of Elon Musk’s DOGE. Investments in federal programs that are serving our communities, like the Ocean Shores Food Bank, are declining and cuts to Medicaid are putting our hospitals and health centers at risk.
If you disagree, you can argue with the wall or unfollow, I don’t care
Let’s be clear: there should be no space in American politics for abusers and predators.
Whether they be Donald Trump, Andrew Cuomo, Tony Gonzalez or Eric Swalwell.
If you don’t believe women, or only believe them when the perpetrator is on the other side of the aisle — you’re part of the problem.
Like many of my neighbors, I’m disturbed by Trump’s threats to kill, ‘a whole civilization.’ We cannot stand by while a President who’s clearly unfit for office tweets off war crimes. (1/2)
Over 100,000 people here at the #NoKings rally in St. Paul Minnesota. This amazing crowd continues to grow.
Our country belongs to all of us, not one person. Trump is forgetting this. He acts like he owns America. He does not. On this day from Alaska to Maine we remind him!
Keep an eye on these folks for some great #NoKings content ⬇️❤️
After weeks of Republicans refusing to work with Democrats to pay TSA agents, Trump now admits he could have acted all along.
I’m glad TSA agents and their families can finally breathe a little easier — but Republicans cannot keep playing politics with people’s livelihoods.
Trump's Iran strategy shifts daily - diplomacy, sanctions, threats. No plan, no exit. But letting the ACA tax credits expire? That was executed flawlessly. Millions lost coverage. This tells you everything you need to know about Republican priorities. Vote them out in November. #HealthcareNotWarfare
Health care isn’t a luxury — it’s a lifeline.
The ACA means protections for preexisting conditions, coverage for millions, and real peace of mind for families who can’t afford to gamble with their health.
We should be building on it, not tearing it down.

The Pentagon is asking for $200 BILLION more for the war Trump chose to start, service members on the U.S. Nimitz are out to sea again for another year, and now. I’m hearing from my neighbors at PSNS and other local Navy commands that ICE is aggressively recruiting federal workers to join their gang of thugs. Comment or DM us if this happened to you.
The $191 billion ICE slush fund came at expense of Medicaid, food assistance, and support for veterans. Republicans chose warrantless searches and brutality over compassion for American families.
Remember in November! #FundDHSFreezeICE
Don’t let Fox get away with it this time. Spread the word.
Fox & Friends Weekend replaced footage of Trump attending yesterday’s dignified transfer with a clip from 2025.
They clearly didn’t want their audience to see him disrespecting fallen soldiers wearing a baseball cap.

Happy International Women’s Day!
I'm proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with my sisters in the Democratic Women’s Caucus – working to ensure that women and girls have access to the tools they need to build their lives, contribute to their communities, & shape a future that’s better for all of us.
Walz: "There are no Somali folks in the Epstein files"
Congresswoman Emily Randall inserts into the oversight record multiple reports of Trump pardoning felons.🤨
The Department of Justice is deleting documents from the public release and redacting the names of powerful people while failing to redact survivors' information. It’s clear they are engaged in a massive coverup, and Pam Bondi must answer for it.
Today, I voted to subpoena Pam Bondi to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee – a few Republicans joined Democrats – and now Bondi will have to go on the record about why the full Epstein files have not been released. ⬇️
The American people deserve accountability and truth. That means a complete release of the Epstein files, and cooperation — not obstruction — from Pam Bondi. ⬇️
It’s our job to keep fighting and hold the powerful accountable.
No president, financier, or anyone else should be able to bend the rules to exploit women and girls. We won’t stop until everyone is held accountable.
I am heartbroken about the tragic stabbings that happened on the Key Peninsula and in Port Angeles. My heart is with the families grieving these unimaginable losses and our communities grappling with these horrible acts of violence. (1/2)
Today, I won't be attending the State of the Union. Instead, I'll be joined by Sharlene Rochard, an incredible advocate & survivor at the @moveon.org People's State of the Union to send a message to this administration: survivors will not be silenced.
Join me tomorrow after the State of the Union to talk about the real state of Washington’s 6th District. Ask your questions in the comments below and share what’s on your mind — I want to hear directly about what you and your neighbors are experiencing.
Reminder – Pam Bondi is blatantly violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act and the Oversight Committee’s subpoena by refusing to release all the files. We won’t stop fighting for transparency and justice for all survivors.
A majority of Americans oppose Trump's tariffs and 69% — including 52% of Republicans — say they've driven up costs.
Now, the Supreme Court says he lacked the authority to impose many of his tariffs under IEEPA.
One of the bright spots for me in this Congress has been the work we’ve been able to do to protect Tribal sovereignty in the House Natural Resources Committee. It’s our duty to make sure we are righting historic wrongs and upholding our treaty and trust responsibilities with Tribal governments.
