Same. I learned volumes dissecting structure for my LOST and CASTLE specs. Mimicked voice for my BUFFY. Learned speed writing my WALKING DEAD. And put it all to the test on a show I wasn’t previously familiar with when writing my JUSTIFIED spec. Every single experience informative… and FUN!
