Facts. I’m sure she’s devastated and utterly heartbroken over losing the favor of her guru. She did mention getting a lot of threats against her and her children after 🤡 disowned her. She also got a little taste of Hollywood recently. We’ll see.

Also, grief has pummeled me at times, too. I found a therapist a few months ago and addressed it. Interestingly, there was also a stagnant area of my life I was having trouble taking action around, and with her help, took the action, which also somehow lightened up the grief bit, as well.
Hi. I know how hard it can get. A trick I learned recently from a neuroscientist has been helping me out a lot. When the inner voice starts to be an a-hole, note the context, and call it out by saying “that’s a thought, not a fact.” This pulls us into a totally different network of the brain.
