Ontario politician Bob Gale has resigned as chairman of the Niagara Regional government that borders Western New York after two racial justice groups made an accusation that he purchased an autographed first-edition of Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf" manifesto in 2010.
Niagara white nationalists have jumped on the Bob Gale/Being Kampf controversy, including Second Sons acolyte Rob Primo (who has quotes Hitler on his telegram page) complete with AI images and claims that Gale should have banished the book in public.
Postscript to Gale's resignation: after it was a revealed he spent more $6k for a signed copy of Mein Kampf...in his resignation letter, Gale quotes Winston Churchill from a letter in his collection.
But according to the International Churchill Society, Churchill never actually wrote that. 🙄
The autograph is part of an inscription Hitler wrote to an notorious Nazi priest at the time.
