yeah for a lot of people with neurological disorders the effects of adrenal stimulation from caffeine cause completely nonstandard reactions. i find myself just enjoying drinking hot drinks. i even drank hot water at the office when i had the option. but decaf tea with sugar is great.

you can always lower the dosage

i can only do 80mg per serving, can't do more than 2 servings in a day, and can't 8 hours before i plan to sleep

I think a lot of my negative feelings seem to be rooted in jealousy. I am envious of the dynamics, interactions, and rewards that other people receive for navigating the world. I don’t know if I properly appreciate the good I have in my own life. It’s complex.

i personally prefer silverquill in this sealed environment (i overvalue removal) and my draft tests were stronger with it (for once orzhov isn't ENTIRELY sacrifice) BUT the witherbloom dragon looks way more fun in a constructed format
