Any other "The Boys" watchers having a hard time starting this new season?
Like...I'm already living the "violent narcissist moron takes over the country with zero effective pushback and his own secret police" world, I'm not sure I need it depicted onscreen at the moment.

I think there's a non-zero chance this actually happens
It's all true! A few more of my books are in the library now, so if you're looking for a free ebook in YA post-apocalypse or an adult urban fantasy/noir, take a look.
A McDonald’s where the sign has been reduced to McDo.
There is no McTry.
"Drunken boat captain kicks Cthulhu's ass," come on, it's not that hard.
As a Californian, the answer is "yes."
AI companies failing, Alan Ritchson destroying MAGA bodies, Christina Ricci destroying MAGA minds, Trump's district going to a Democrat. Is it Christmas?! Am I dying, is this a Make-A-Wish thing?!
Anyone got eyes on Cena?!
I LOVE MY WIFE.
Marry your best friend, folks. Only advice I can really offer.
Mark Hamill has been my hero for 37+ years at this point, assuming I had some consciousness at the age of 3, and he hasn't let me down so far.
Legend.
Predator handshake meme. One hand: Orange is the New Black. Second Hand: Yellowjackets. Center text: Having a super loud theme song that never ends
Just started Yellowjackets and absolutely loving it, except, well
Absolutely! I feel like I've said before I only read one random Christopher Pike novel when I was a teen (and I barely remember it), so he really wasn't an influence.
But once you pointed it out, and since I've done a little more research, it certainly appears we have similar vibes/ideas.
One of the reasons I can't delete Facebook. I have zero memory of this.
And, for the record, I hadn't done a single drug at this point other than alcohol and Tylenol.
Getting my table setup ready for the #Temecula book fair Saturday
Me and a bunch of authors of different genres are gonna be at the #Temecula Library this Saturday!
Come and chat, discover/grab new books, and make the day of a few hardworking scribblers
This explains why I've been tired since sophomore year of high school

You do not need the robots to creatively prompt you! Just try to take the most violent bite of yourself possible. Try to swallow yourself whole
Not me creating a detailed org chart for my manuscript's starship
Got a White Room Problem? I'm here to help, or to tell you to worry less about it, depending on context. LETS GO

Preparing for an author event this month! Got a booth at the Temecula Library Book Fair on the 21st.
I've only done this a couple times *but* the last one was like eight years ago. Any tips?
It's so cool that the new #StarTrek Voyager game lets you change the story, make new decisions, see the "what ifs" play out.
And I'm glad I just ran into the Tuvix problem so I could make the exact same choice Janeway did. See you in Hell, buddy.
You're gonna learn a fun fact. It will bring joy and magic to the universe. 10 years later you're gonna learn it isn't true.
10 years after that, you'll learn it's sort of partially true. 10 years after that, people will disagree again
This cycle will continue four more times, and then, the grave.
It's the best pitch I got:
Yeah, I think I've had enough of "is my fellow human being going to abuse me for daring to be nice/trusting" in the real world, I'm not sure I need to expose myself to that in my leisure time.
Tom Paris headshot from game, dialogue: "Lieutenant Paris has a nice ring to it, don't you think? Hey, Harry! I bet your own promotion is just around the corner."
Really enjoying STAR TREK VOYAGER: ACROSS THE UNKNOWN, but this was uncalled for
(and hilarious) #startrek
We can definitely arrange that! As soon as the paperback is officially locked down.
As for sequels, it's always been on my mind!
Riven, B.C. Johnson. Green background, black curlicues, a post-apocalypse and fantasy vibe.
My post-apocalypse fantasy novel RIVEN gets a new cover, and coming soon its first paperback release! Stay tuned folks.
