you should check out Lucha Libre Taco Shop it's extra in all the best ways
and I remember the food being excellent

Also you don't need to unwrap the tortilla to add the sauces take a bite at one end and put that sauce right on top, this has the added benefit of being able to switch up the flavor with every bite.
