My first first‑author paper is out in JASMS! We used diaPASEF proteomics on separated zebrafish lens regions and saw a 200%+ increase in protein group IDs compared to an Orbitrap DIA method, achieving new levels of proteomic coverage in the zebrafish lens. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
