One thing I've learned in my own struggle with weight is that sometimes, you gotta sit someone down and tell them to stop. Like, direct and with no wiggle room. Tell them to stop, and if you have to, explain. Sometimes, people don't realize they're perpetuating harm.

And, turns out, you don't really need a special font to help with dyslexia. Recent research has found that larger text using "plain, evenly-spaced" fonts can actually help a lot for dyslexia. 🙂

I recently started bringing a notebook with me wherever I go, in an attempt to be less in my phone when bored, and also because having physical to-do lists instead of digital ones really works for my brain.
