3. the lack of sequel is part of the joke, and if you don’t get it, maybe you’re not the right person to be making a comedy.

After the snoozefest that was History of the World pt 2, I have zero expectations for this. I can only hope that people come to their senses and realize that 1. nobody can do Mel Brooks’ humor like Mel Brooks himself 2. there was already the animated series which is universally hated.
