I just followed a youtube video (and adjusted for working a gradient because that dude just crocheted each feather at once, so I did everything in very short rows so I had the same colour in the round)

Made a tablecloth for my new table. Not sure if I like the style, but I'm super proud with how professional it looks for my first tablecloth.
...also gradient. Crocheting gradients is... not fun lol

As people have said: it's the English (UK? I think English) middle finger. Fun fact: That's because English Archers used those two fingers to draw their bow. When they were captured by enemies, those fingers were removed so they couldn't fight again.
So those fingers mean "I can still shoot you"

When you have such a dumb addendum for a fanfic chapter that you have to smush an interlude in between chapters to not completely go off-vibe again.

I'm 100% sick. Why do I feel so bad about calling off work when I know I would've ended with so much pain that I couldn't work for several days if I hadn't called off? There was no super important stuff today. It's fine. Brain, it's fine. People are sick sometimes and I am people. 😭

I may have survived a 2 day migraine with lots of throwing up and (unrelated chronic) stomach cramping 🫠
